Since 1987 Dennelisse has provided home-based support
services including intensive case management, homemaker service,
counseling and legal advocacy. These services provide individuals and
families with assistance vital to improving their health and quality of
life.
The multicultural, multilingual staff of professionals
work with individuals, parents, children and extended family members.
Dennelisse is a nonprofit corporation, named for the
late Father Dennis Cornelisse of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church on
Manhattan’s Lower West Side.

Case Management offers cultural relevant
information and advocacy to HIV/AIDS infected individuals and families.
Homemakers provide child care and home management
during crises situations when the responsible adult in a family is
unable to do so.
